Like many of my clients, I prefer to avoid taking prescription medication whenever possible. My journey into exploring alternative methods of healing began over ten years ago following a shiatsu from Trisha Hills. The treatments I received from Trisha led me on to a road to recovery that I never thought possible – following on from this I began to explore further safe and natural alternatives for my clients, family and friends..
These natural alternatives are extremely effective and come without any negative side effects. The sense of empowerment and well being that comes with holistic approaches to healthcare has for me meant optimum health and a growing desire to help and work with others. The path to studying such therapies was a natural one to take. My interest has been further inspired in recent years by the Ayurvedic approach to health & well-being.
